Participants Clinic Fee: $650.00
Participant places are limited and on-line registration and deposit* payment is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable two weeks before the commencement of the clinic.
The Clinic fee includes use of the arena and clubhouse facilities only.

Accommodation bookings only are to be made directly with the venue, Somersby Paddock.

The venue has amenities including an undercover arena, round yard, kitchen/BBQ and toilet amenities, cabin accommodation and camping, yards/paddocks and a limited number of stables available. Additional fees apply for yard use, accommodation and camping.

Please lodge your accommodation request online through their website booking page sommersbypaddock.com.au . The number of cottages is limited, so if you could “buddy up” if booking in with a friend to share it would be appreciated. There is also camping available with use of kitchen and toilet amenities (including shower).
Horse yard bookings/allocation will be arranged closer to the clinic date and payment arrangements advised. We will collect yard fees from each booked participant and pay the yard fees to the venue.
Please note the clinic is self-catering – BYO food etc.

Guidelines for Participants and Spectators
*Please note: Participant deposits & payments and pre-paid spectator tickets are not refundable if you are unable to attend. Please consider this when reserving your place or booking your ticket.
If the clinic date[s] or venue is rescheduled/amended at the discretion of Ian Leighton Horsemanship or the venue, any deposit or pre-paid fees will be transferred to the rescheduled dates, at either the same or an alternative venue within the same area. In the event of rescheduling, refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of Ian Leighton Horsemanship. In the event that Ian Leighton Horsemanship cancels the clinic, participant deposits, spectator tickets & any other advanced fees paid will be refunded.
